 Skate Lakeshore is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization committed to making skating accessible, inclusive, and affordable for children, youth, and families in the Municipality of Lakeshore. We operate through Skate Canada to provide a fun and educational learning environment to develop our community’s future figure skaters, hockey players and future leaders. Every dollar raised through sponsorships and fundraising goes directly back into the community — supporting ice time, coaching development, training opportunities, and events that keep participation costs low for over 500 families annually.  

Your support is not about profit, it is an investment in maintaining health and well-being, youth development, and community spirit. 

 

 Two Sponsorships in One 

By choosing to sponsor this year, your contribution will benefit two major initiatives — providing exposure during a provincial competition and sustaining local youth skating programs year-round.

  2. The 2026 Provincial Series Competition hosted by Skate Lakeshore – February 20–22, 2025 at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre 

 

 Provincial Series Competition – February 20–22, 2026 

 From February 20–22, 2026, Skate Lakeshore will proudly host a Provincial Series Competition at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre. This event will bring together hundreds of competitive skaters, coaches, families and supporters from across Ontario while giving local skaters the chance to compete on a big stage and younger athletes the chance to see where their skating journey could lead. 

This is more than a competition — it’s a celebration of sport, dedication, and community. Families, volunteers, and supporters will come together for three full days of inspiring performances, exciting atmosphere, teamwork, community engagement and local pride.

 Craft Show Sponsors 

 Skate Lakeshore host a fundraiser Holiday Craft Show every year and will be adding a larger show in May 2026 that will include many activities for Children.  Both crafts shows will be advertised extensively on social media and various lawn signs throughout the community.  The following opportunities are available:

This is an annual show that includes approximately 35 vendors and is held in the  Renaud room of the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre.

Spring Craft & Gift Show – May 3, 2026 

This is a 1st annual show held a week before Mother's Day.  It has the space for 80 to 90 vendors.  In addition to the show, we will be holding activities for the children to participate in thought the day.  Including 2 guest authors that will be hosting story time.
